Successfully building a loyal customer base and creating stable business in the process

Most businesses have a common goal. They are seeking to establish a loyal customer base. Why? Well simply having a loyal customer base creates stability of their business. There are many schools of thought about how to achieve this, but one that really seems to have staying power is the notion that if you can master the points of connection through outstanding leadership systems and sound operation processes your customer base will respond positively.

How does one reach in and improve leadership systems and operation processes?

First think strategically - Many people are tactical, in the moment and working day to day. But if you have want to realize positive results think with a longer time horizon. Ask yourself:

Where are you or your organization going?
How are you going to get there?
Who has responsibility for that?
and
What and how will that be measured?

These are would be found in a strategic plan. Do you have one? Where is it? Who else knows what it says?

So here is the bottom line: Without a plan you do not know where you are going, and if you are the only one who knows what is in the plan, once you have one, then it may be difficult for you to get there unless you are a one man show.

Plan - Do - Check - Act words to live by.
